For auction here is a HORNBY DUBLO model number 4630 of a BR 8 Ton Cattle Wagon in Bauxite Brown numbered B893344. It was manufactured from 1958 to 1964. It is in excellent condition no damage/blemishes whatsoever and comes with its original box and packing rings (not original). All the wheels have been cleaned and the axles lightly oiled and they run very smoothly. The numbers and letters are clearly visible. The box is in remarkably good condition considering its age.There are a few signs of wear along the box edges and there is no damage, just a partly faded hand written price on one of the end lids. It is still sturdy and fully fit for purpose.The original BR Wagons were produced until 1954; 2,300 of which were built at Swindon. This model is based on the 1951 production batch. It is at least 55 years old and a real testimony to the quality of Hornby Dublo build and construction.Please look at the tweelve photos posted that show the Wagon from all angles. This model is one of three that I currently have up for auction. I aim to describe my items as accurately and honestly as possible and mostly post twelve photos. Also, I am always happy to answer any questions to clarify the condition of my items and will provide additional photos, if required.
