POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
SMALL ITEMS
Most of our small items include free UK postage. All our items are carefully packaged in new bubble wrap and posted in cardboard boxes. (smaller items will be sent in padded envelopes) Most of our items are dispatched the following (working) day, after payment has been received. Please bare in mind if you purchase something on a friday, it will not be dispatched until monday morning.
DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR LARGER ITEMS
Local delivery can be arranged by us (up to 50 miles from Llanelli).
If you live more than 50 miles away, you are welcome to organise your own courier and we can assist with loading at our end.COLLECTION POSTCODE IS SA15 4HT Lots more quality used furniture, interesting antiques & collectables available in our warehouse open by appointment only

Items will be inspected and photographed by ourselfs before being loaded. We can bubble wrap and pallet wrap items of furniture (10 for small items, 20 for larger) when they have left us it is your responsibilty to ensure that the item is insured for transport. We will not accept any returns of items that have been damaged in transport or you have failed to inspect the photographs and read the condition report properly***
****Before sending any offers or purchasing any items, please make sure you have sufficient funds in place to pay within 48 hours, and if there are no postage options available, you are able to collect the item within 14 days. If these terms are not met the transaction will be cancelled and the item will be relisted****RETURNSIf your item is damaged when it gets to you, we will offer you a full refund, but we will require pictures of the damageif you wish to return your item because of an error on your side or you simply have changed your mind, you are welcome to return your item however you must organise and pay for the return postage yourself, and your refund will be minus the original postage cost we payed to get the item to you.
