Triang R55/R57 Transcontinental power car and dummy runner 1957. All couple together and run as a set. Power car runs in forward and reverse. Track tested on Hornby system 6 track. In clean used condition. Signs of use are power car does not have centre light, part of the cow catcher is missing and the nose transfers have worn away. The nose also has a hairline crack to the centre. The dummy car is in similar condition but both have their battery boxes. Air horns on both loco’s are missing. The vista dome coach has wear to the clear plastic roof but otherwise is in good clean condition with clear printing both sides. Nice set from the 1950’s to run, display or use for spares.
