Romford/Markits LNWR Crewe Type Driving Wheels with blackened centres. I don’t think these are currently available.
Three pairs of wheels with 00 axles/nuts, one set of Romford crank pins and a pair of trailing wheels (not Crewe type).
One wheel from each pair is insulated.
These can be used to build an LNWR Coal Engine or Coal Tank such as the kits by Alan Gibson, M&L (Model & Leisure), Proscale or LRM (London Road Models).
