Warranty5.1. All items sold on a “Buy It Now” Format are supplied with14 day return to base warranty – unless otherwise stated. 5.2. The Customer should return the product in its “originalpackaging” to Looney UK. Prior authorization must be obtained for anyreturns by contacting Looney UK and obtaining written authorization to return.5.3. Unless otherwise stated, all items sold on a “Buy It Now”Format come with a 14 day ‘Return To Base’ warranty. Should your goods fail andrequire repair within 7 days of receipt, please contact us and we willauthorize a return where Looney UK will pay for carriage costs both ways. Yourgoods will be repaired, replaced or refunded as requested and returned to you.For orders outside the UK mainland, you will be pay for costs above thestandard UK mainland rate.5.4. In the case of a repair/upgrade during the remaining warrantyperiod, The buyer will pay for carriage both ways on warranty returns.5.5. If any item is returned which is found not to be faulty by ourtechnicians, then a 25 testing fee will be made and must be received beforeitems can be returned.5.6. Original packaging must be kept should there be any need forreturns. We will not pay for damages to items returned without originalpackaging.5.7.
