He’s actually DCI Peeler, the local CID Wallah. I’ve just called him to come and arrest Mr Swivel the tax collector (Boo! Hiss! He’s behind you, etc). Tax collector by day, but nefarious park bench over-turner by night, the dirty dog. Still, better than stealing underwear off of washing lines I guess. Now, where ARE those suspenders…….
