PLEASE NOTE
I HAVE BEEN GIVEN FOLLOWING INFORMATION
It’s a WW1 Dick, Kerr and Co petrol electric loco built for the narrow gauge lines of the Western Front,
It isn’t OO. It’s 7mm Scale narrow gauge, which is either O-14 or O-16.5. To be strictly accurate this should be O-14, but it looks as if it might have a cut down OO Gauge motor bogie, so that would be O-16.5 (measure the distance between the wheels). The numbers simply refer to the track gauge, OO Gauge being approximately 16.5mm across. O-16.5 is 7mm Scale narrow gauge on OO track, but it isn’t OO Gauge, which refers to 4mm Scale on OO track.
SO APPARENTLY NOT OO – I am not expert on these items and Im sure you will understand the above !!
