Made by David Winter Cottages in the 1980s.
This is The Dower’s House. From The Main Collection. Boxed + CoA. VGC
They make very beautifully detailed and well painted models for railway layouts. Made from Crystacal rather than Resin they look very realistic and rustic too.
I have used several smaller David Winter cottages on my N gauge layout.
They work well with Noch figures, Oxford vehicles Serious Play scenery accessories.

Only selling as i now have two.
In very good condition with no chips or cracks. Paintwork is also very good condition.
Box is also tidy.

The Dower’s House was first sculptured by David Winter in 1985, as part of the six piece “Landowner’s collection” and it originally sold for 6.
This lovely example was originally bought from Lewis/Selfridges for 8.95 in the late 1980’s!
