I’m selling some N Gauge Metcalfe Kit Built Buildings. These are made up from the Metcalfe Card Kits to a good standard. Not by me I hasten to add, I don’t have the fine motor skills required! Lol
This is PN108, Factory & Boilerhouse. Please see the pictures for full details.
I bought these all in amongst a job lot of model railway but I simply (and sadly) don’t have room for them all on my layout. I have kept a few I found room for but the rest are for sale because they are surplus to what I can use. The kits that require chimney pots have paper sheets of kit pots for you to make up. I could do this but they are notorious for getting damaged in transit so they are best left for you to add this little finishing touch.
Save yourself the time and effort it takes to get these made. I certainly do. I have tried to gather these together in sets as they would have originally been sold – but please read the descriptions and see the pictures for what’s actually included in each lot as some buildings may be missing, such as the Lytch gate for the Church.
There are many small details on these that make them really nice kits. I love the way the shops have ‘interiors’ to view through the glazed windows. Most are layout ready, but not all are absolutely perfect and some may need a small amount of t.l.c. to get them looking their very best.

As I am selling other N Gauge buildings this week I will combine wins for savings on p&p where possible. Some of the sets are too big to combine but where I can package together, I will. Overseas bidders should request a shipping cost before bidding as that shown is a guesstimate. The actual shipping cost will depend on where in the world you are. I will also need to make sure I can get these to you in these strange times. I will only ship abroad using a tracked and signed for service. Please be aware that because these are bulky when packed, to protect the contents, the cost may be prohibitive. So please ask before bidding.
