This listing is for the layout shown in the schematic. It is a variation of the layout ‘Q2′ in the photos, with one crossover and one siding . Track will be brand new Peco code 80 track in N gauge, fitted to a 61cm x 137cm (4’6″ x 2’) baseboard.
Baseboard construction is conventional softwood framing with a 9mm MDF top. All joints are glued and screwed.
Track is pinned.
The use of Setrack and fixing method allows modification of track layout at a later date.
All connections to track are soldered for reliability.
Ovals are electrically isolated at the crossovers.
The track will be wired to an easy to use terminal for quick set-up – just add controller and locomotive.
Instructions are included.
