The Hornby N.E. Brake Van model is loose with no packaging. The van isbelieved to have been produced sometime between 1973 and 1979. The Hornbyreference number for the van is believed to be R.114. The running number on thesides of the van is 178595. The van is believed to be OO gauge. Unfortunatelyone of the plastic buffers of the van has been broken off and is missing. Thereis some discolouration to the plastic parts of the van with the roof of the vanbeing the most noticeably affected. There are various dirt marks and accumulatedresidue visible on the plastic parts of the van as well as some scuff and lightscratch marks. There is some minor loss of colour and detailing from therunning number and additional text on the sides of the van as a result of beingscuffed and scratched. The two metal coupling units on the van are both bentbut with one more visibly affected than the other. There are various rust marksvisible on the coupling units as well as some dirt marks and accumulatedresidue. The plastic axles of the van and the plastic and metal wheels attachedto them can rotate freely with no apparent problems however the metal parts ofthe wheels appear tarnished and there is some pitting noticeable in the edgesof the flanges. The approximate length of the van is 75mm. The approximateweight of the van is 39g.
