Item DescriptionThis Auction is for a Modern Image Die-Cast Lorry – James Irlam and Sons, boxed; possibly ‘n’ Gauge. This model lorry is in excellent condition and comes complete with original box, which will support the item for shipping.
This auction item is one of many models from my late brothers’ n gauge collection which I am selling on behalf of his estate. There are three other Modern Image Lorry models being listed with this one. Please examine/review the images of the actual item as they give a very good indication of its condition. Substantially not as described: Should the item materially differ from the images and/or listing descriptions then I will refund or exchange, in line with the UK Sale of Goods Act 1970. I require the item to be returned promptly: but I may at my discretion ask you to send a photograph to verify damage, agree with you a partial refund, collect the item, or pre-authorize your return postage costs. By material difference I mean a clear fault or misrepresentation which realistically affects the items value, When items are collected you or your agent should confirm that there are no material differences prior to uplifting the item
Lost or Damaged in the Post: If I ship to you and it gets lost or damaged then I will replace it or refund the value of the Item and postage. Almost all items are delivered within a few days, but sometimes there are delays – Should a next day special delivery fail to be delivered by 13:OOhr please sign for the package as a late delivery and notify me so that I can reclaim your postage costs and credit your PayPal account. Other delivery methods, please contact me if you have not received your item within two weeks of receiving my despatch notification. I will require you to sign a form to enable me to make a claim against the courier/insurer, prior to any refund being processed
