This is for a Model Power HO Gauge 8230 Heavyweights 40′ Flat with Guard Rails in A.T.S.F livery.
I have checked the model over, and cannot find any issues with it.
I have also checked the wheel treads, and they do appear to be unused.
It comes in its original box, which is in pretty good condition.
It comes fitted with proprietary couplings.
