Good cosmetic condition, paint and decals still very good.
Tested running:Slightly noisy, jerky and hesitant at times.I gave it a little Labelle 108 oil on the underside gears and it ran much better, after a few minutes it was smooth but still slightly noisy.Once under way it ran for a good 15/20 minutes. Pretty sure its just been in storage for a long time. (Inherited)
Im pretty certain it just wants a good clean and re-oiling, based on the improvement shown by just a dab of oil.*HOWEVER*This train is sold on the basis that it requires a service, and is by no means in perfect running condition.Please make sure you agree with the above before you purchase.
(Ive bought mint/tested trains on eBay that have left me disappointed, so I just want everyone to be happy and know what theyre buying)
