Marklin 37056 Steam Locomotive Reihe 659 BB/BB 2-12-0, Black, running number 659.29. Condition is unused, as New.
Complete in original packaging, with instructions, however I think it should be supplied with models of a locomotive engineer and fireman which are both missing. The Box has some signs of light shelfwear, the clear plastic shell is complete however 3 flex hinges have cracked and have been tape repaired. There are original price sticker labels on one end of the Box from 06/2004 showing an original RRP of 662 Euro and a reduced price of 500 Euro, from Rainer.
Superb quality, metal frame and locomotive body, fitted with Digital decoder, HO 3-Rail rare model.

Reihe 659 BB/BB | Gauge H0 – Article No. 37056Steam Locomotive with a Tender. Prototype: Austrian Federal Railways (BB/BB) class 659 heavy freight locomotive. Former German class 59, before that the Wrttemberg class K.
Model: The locomotive comes with a digital decoder and controlled propulsion. It has a powerful can motor with a bell-shaped armature, built into the boiler. The locomotive’s rigid frame has side play for the axles and is able to negotiate sharp curves. 6 coupled driving axles powered. 4 traction tires. The locomotive has free-standing lanterns with integrated, maintenance-free LED’s. The headlights will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. The locomotive can be retrofitted with the 7226 smoke generator. The smoke generator contact as well as the acceleration and braking delay can be controlled digitally with the 6021 Control Unit. There is an adjustable coupling between the locomotive and tender. The tender comes with a raised coal load. Detailed engineer’s cab. Figures of a locomotive engineer and fireman included. Length over the buffers 23.5 cm / 9-1/4″.
