here we have a 00 gauge mainline 4-6-0 steam loco and tender, being sold for spares or repair, loco is in lovely condition with very good bodywork transfers etc, cant really see a lot wrong with it except 1 very small hand rail missing on tender see pics, motor does run well but it is not meshing with gears properly and sometimes just spins freely, when it does mesh loco does run in both directions ok but does tend to be a bit noisey and clunky, so obviously needs attention, shame as its a lovely loco and when fixed will make a great addition, I did run it for an hour last night and didn’t have any problems with motor engaging after I gave it a little shove to get it going, and it did run a lot smoother after a while, once again been sold as spare or repairs due to problems with motor and gears
