From my late father. He was an avid 16mm modeller and built/acquired locomotives and stock to run on 32mm track. This was for an intended larger scale steam powered rotary snowplough he had intended building. Not sure if he made this himself or salvaged it from some piece of equipment. Diameter is 160mm.
