We cast any wheel in iron for your live steam projects. All we need is the drawing and we make the patterns and cast your wheels, we can work with small wheels of just 1″ right up to large traction fly wheels of 18″ diameter.

We are a small company of model engineers who cast in brass, bronze, aluminium and iron everything that can be cast in lost-wax ceramic, lost wax investment and sand cast up to around 30kg with our new induction furnace.
The images are a small selection of what we can do from your drawings, we make the pattern by high resolution 3D printing them make waxes for the lost wax process or patterns for sand casting such as iron.
We can make 1 off’s or multiple items for your project.
Up till now we have made many parts for 5″ and 7.25″ locomotives including 10″ wheels for large locomotives in iron and many items in non-ferrous materials. A small selection is seen in the images. We do everything in house and no job is too small or large (up to 30kg melting capacity).
