Bought at a hobby store or flea market several years ago. Downsizing my estate while still alive so my wife doesn’t have to if I go first.

Original box. Box condition is Fair.
Car rates C-4, almost C-5 Good. Fair to Good range aka “as is”. No evidence of warpage on car body.
I have 2 Lionel 6415 cars: this ad represents the 2nd similar tank car.

Sales tax: as I understand it as of Jan.1, 2019 eBay sellers have no control whether to charge applicable taxes or forgo the process. Certain states are coming on board for electronic sales tax collection via eBay itself.
Returns: you don’t like it, item didn’t match description: you have 30 days to send item back for full refund. However, Refund of sales tax collection, if collected by eBay, will have to be dealt with by you via eBay or your respective state of residency department of revenue. Since I do not collect the sales tax myself I do not have access to it to refund on returns.
