Lima L149929 Class 73 Electro Diesel 73128 “OVS Bullied CBE” Limited Edition. Condition is Used. Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class. A Rare, limited edition of the Lima Class 73. This one represents a “Dutch liveried” 73128, named OVS Bullied CBE. It was original sold as a double pack (along with an early Green JA version, which I don’t have). The model is in excellent condition, has been thoroughly tested and runs perfectly. Both coupling hooks are present and are rust free. I have replaced 1 of the traction tyres which was missing.Unusually for a Lima Loco, it does have directional working headlights. I have looked at the wiring and I believe this may have been added after the original purchase as it doesn’t appear to be the usual Italian wiring. The loco didn’t work when I acquired it. I found the power lead had become detached from the pick up bogie copper tab, which is how I found the additional wiring. I have sorted this out and all is now fine.
Overall, a very nice and unusual addition to anyones layout.
