This is a DCC Digital Controller by Lenz (German Company I think.
I don’t know anything about this other than when I plugged it in to the mains it powered up and the number 3 came up on the display.
Please look at the pictures which form the main part of the description. All looks in good working condition but I have no way of testing it.
