This UK Free Post ‘Buy it Now’ is for a Hornby A1 ‘Tornado’ Body Shell. I am offering this one at a discounted price since it is missing the little imitation from light from above the smoke box door. This imitation light is just a a piece of black plastic, about 1 mm x 1 mm x 2 mm, so it is hardly significant. Unfortunately they get broken off very easily. Apart from the missing imitation light, this body is in very good condition and is complete with the front steps and mounting bolt. It is liveried in BR Lined Green and it is numbered 60163. The white prop at the rear of the body is just something I used to keep the body virtually level for photographing.I have separately listed a matching Motorised Chassis and a Tender and various other Chassis, Tenders and Bodies. Please check out my other items. Thank you.The ‘silver’ coloured strip on the left lower side of the body is only glued in place at the factory and will not cope with being treated roughly.
