A very good condition OO gauge Hornby Skaledale R9652 Wheatsheaf Arms public house resin model building.
The building has been removed from a layout and a small amount of glue residue stuck to the base which does not detract from the building. I have inspected the model closely and there is a very small amount of paint loss to the underside of the gutters to the rear of the building. This is not visible from normal viewing angles and is not obvious except on close inspection. It could easily be painted over or disguised by weathering if required. Please view the photographs to confirm the condition for yourself.
I am currently thinning down my collection to make some space and raise funds to complete my layout. I will therefore be listing a number of items that have become surplus to my current needs over the coming weeks, please keep an eye out for them!
The model no longer has its original box but will be very well packed to make sure it arrives to you in just as good condition as it left me.
