Hornby LMS Duchess Class 4-6-2 ‘City of Glasgow’
This Hornby LMS Duchess Class 4-6-2 locomotive ‘City of Glasgow’ is in a used but excellent, boxed condition.
I have tested her on a small length of DC-operated track and she does run very well.I daresay, however, that she has not been used for some time so would benefit from some running in.She really is in a lovely condition and comes with original instruction sheet and bag of accessories.
The box, meanwhile, is also in a good condition.
There are a few white marks along some of the edges but, apart from that, the box is very good.
The Running N is 6242, the Catalogue N is R2311 and she dates from 2003 to 2004.
These were the only years in which this handsome locomotive was produced.
