Selling on behalf of my mother, who acquired it from my uncle about 40 years ago and duly put it straight in the loft. (Shes one of lifes great hoarders.) I believe the set dates from 1975.The engine, tender and carriages are in excellent condition cosmetically, as is everything else you can see in the photos, with the exception of the handle on the battery power unit, although this could probably be glued back on. The box is rather scruffy too. Sadly, Im not able to test whether the engine runs, as the power unit doesnt have a plug attached, but Ive no reason to think it doesnt.I suspect there are a couple of sundry items missing and Ive no idea if all the track is present. Ive photographed everything there is, so anything you cant see is missing.Happy to answer any questions.
