Hornby Boxed set of the Oriental Express. It comes with three carriages and some track. The set is in the three original boxes complete with protective packaging and then packed in an outer box. It is in pristine condition – I am not sure if my late father ever actually used it or just took it out of the box a few times to admire it. It is a BR 4-6-2 US state lines merchant navy locomotive with pullman first class kitchen car minerva, pullman first class parlour cynus and pullman first class parlour ibis.
The track is 1905 x 1067/
There is a 15/04 sticker on the box. I have not tested it. It also says “R 1038 Orient Express the boxed set”
This item is collection only from Ealing in West London. Please make sure that you are prepared to collect it from Ealing before bidding for it because this was a problem when it was sold before.
