This is a fine example of Hornby R.154 Southern Railway N15 King Arthur Class steam engine – Sir Dinadan, produced between 1976 & 1978.
It is in first class appearance with no apparent scuffs or marks. The wheels are bright and shiny. All in all a very handsome locomotive which would grace any modeller’s layout or collection. As you can see from the photographs.
The engine ran smoothly on test forwards and in reverse, but without a load. It has been stored, boxed and would probably benefit from a spot of lubrication.
The box is in good order, though there is a slight nick at one corner which can be seen in the photographs and the cellophane window is no longer glued in place, but loose.
Please look carefully at the photographs. This is the locomotive for which you are bidding.
