Hornby Chinese made LMS Jinty, LNER J52, J83 DCC fitted locomotive chassis only. Factory blackened wheels. Newest type without rubber traction tyres and pickup strip on both sides. Item is in excellent smooth running condition when run on coventional 12vdc but I’m unable to say whether the DCC module is in working order or not but have no reason for thinking that it isn’t. All 4 of its tiny lifeguards in position and without any fault that I can see besides a patch of scratching/burn marks at one end underneath the baseplate which can neither be seen when chassis is on the track or has any bearing on its operation. I’m presuming it originally carried a Jinty body produced from 2006 onwards but also fits LNER J83, J52 or BR 08 diesel shunter bodies from the same period. Also possibly GWR 27XX Pannier tank
