NON RUNNER! Needs fixing.

Please read the following.This unit is a non runner and needs fixing, I don’t think its the decoder as I have removed this and put a blanking plug(not included) in and it still won’t run! It is totally dead, might be a simple fix?The unit has had the ends repainted to represent the small yellow panel livery, etched BR double arrows have been fitted and it has been renumbered to unit 7709.Supplied in manufacturers box.Any questions, please ask.
