Virgin Pendolino DCC Ready train set in 00 gauge.
As you can see from the photos it is in cosmetically excellent condition and complete, having only been used a few times back in 2010. This was my brother’s set so I know little about these.

It has been sat in storage for around many years now but I have checked the main motor car is still working fine (however I think the wheels need a good clean up to get it running silky smooth again). I have taken several videos of it in action.
There are only 2 problems with this set. The first is that the class 390 standard car (the NON-motorized rear carriage) connector has snapped. The piece is there and you should be able to super glue it back. The full four carriages still work when the main power carriage is pushing, but it won’t be able to pull the rear one until the connector is fixed. The second problem is very minor, and it it the little plastic track block (buffer stop) has lost its leg but still stands fine (see pics). These stops are very cheap and not essential.
