A Gauge 1 North Eastern Railway tube wagon . I am not sure if it is scratchbuilt or built from a kit . It is constructed out of wood with cast metal axle boxes and brass sprung buffers (missing one buffer) . The signwriting is all by hand . Nicely detailed , some age to it , it came with several other Gauge 1 wagons one of which had an initial and date underneath , the date being 1942 .
