French Jep O Gauge Red Light Signal 535.2
This was made in Paris between 1934 – 35. It is reference number 535.2.
It is made of tinplate. The base measures 12 x 6 cm and it is 17 cm tall. It is designed to be clipped to Jep sloping sleeper track both straight and curved – the signal base has a matching slope to that of the track. It clamps onto the track and gets its power from the central 20 volt rail of 3-rail track.
It has a concealed screw type torch bulb which illuminates 4 red lenses
It is in good condition and the bulb works also. Spare bulbs can still be bought. It has some paint loss and scratches.
