You are bidding for a J83 Locomotive built from a GEM kit. The kit is complete other than requiring steps and Front Splasher (replacements included) and new buffers. Chassis does run but as it has been in a box for a long time it will benefit from lubrication and some TLC. Painted in LNER Green but as can be seen from photos there is some damage and it will need repainted. A little bit of TLC and there is a nice model there.
