For sale is a set of eight machined tender wheels for 3 1/2″ gauge Urie S15 Loco ‘Greene King’ by Martin Evans. Machined sizes are as per the attached photo, ie:
Dia of wheel (full) 2 5/8″
Width of wheel 3/8″
With over boss 7/16″
Centre hole reamed 5/16″
Dia over flange Approximately 2 27/32″ (2.833″ actual)
Four painted, four not painted. All are machined very accurately with excellent surface finish, no observable porosity.
At the time of writing (Wed 03-06-20) catalogue price new (unmachined) for set of eight castings from Reeves 148.60
