DM-Toys 16001 ~ 1:160 / N scale ~ Baukran (Tower Crane) plastic kit ~ boxed, perfect condition.
This unusual kit is in pristine condition, only described as “used” because the box has been opened. All the parts are on their sprues and there are two accessory bags with the metal balance weight and hook, along with some rigging material and a screw for the base.
Described on the box as 16001, this kit is now marketed as 160011 – it sells on the manufacturer’s website for 30 plus postage. According to the makers, the measurements will be 170mm x 170mm x 7mm, that’s about 90 feet tall in N scale.
Quoting from their website: Coloured construction set of a crane scaled 1:160. The crane has a pivotable tower with a moveable hook. The model is plastic material and the hook and balance weight are metal. The crane is produced in Germany. By using a couple of kits, you can build a bigger crane. This is a model, not a toy. Not suitable for children under 14 years.
The photos show the actual kit you will receive so, please study them carefully. There may be the odd speck of dust in the box but the majority of the “marks” in the photos are reflections – caused by the flash. Modelled in 1:160 scale, the crane is perfect for N scale model railways/dioramas.
A fairly basic instruction diagram is included and should be legible in my photos/scans.
