For auction is a DJH kit built LMS class 2 tank 2-6-2 locomotive 41275. The locomotive has been built to EM standards. The locomotive has been built as if fitted for push pull operations. Has a compensated chassis on the ‘Sharman’ principle and fitted with Markits wheels. The gearbox is a comets with a 50:1 gearset powered by a mashima motor. Real coal in the bunker.This has been built as used on the North Cornwall railway in the 1960’s. It is a smooth and quiet runner. The cylinder assembly can be raised once the body has been removed to aid maintenance. Not DCC ready but those who know about these things could possible convert.The box is complete and in good condition. Includes original instructionsWould Look great on any layout.
