DJH K33 Kit Built A2 A H PEPPERCORN 4-6-2 No.525 Loco & Tender
Finished in 1946/1947 pre-nationalisation LNER Apple Green with gorgeous etchednameplates to the smoke deflectors. The wheels and axles are Romford, and I’m fairly sure the motor is a Triang Xo3/Xo4 openframe; can’t remember the make of drivers or running gear though! Tender is assembled onto aTriang/Hornby R851/6 eight-wheeled chassis frame/base, with Romford wheels and axles.
There are some minor rubbing marks as expected and everything’s in place, except for the rearcoupling – it’ll need one sorting to suit your system!
I built this a fair few years back, and it’s just been sitting in a box doing nothing
