One of the bogies needs refitting. See Photos
When I tried to reset DCC address to 0003 FROM 6613 my Lenz controller gave an error 02. Hopefully that was due to missing bogie.
When both bogies where fitted it was a slow runner, but it did run in both directions ok.
One of the couplings is also missing.
Needs someone who knows what they are doing to sort it out.
