City Classics was founded in 1988 in Pittsburgh, PA by Jim Sacco. City Classics offers a variety of HO and N scale structure kits and accessories. The structures include commercial, industrial and residential buildings. They also offer Window Dressings and signs for finishing your structures. RAILROAD360 allows multiple items to be combined into a single order for up to seven days to receive discounted shipping. Please purchase items and let us know when you are done shopping so we can send you one combined invoice. We can only combine shipping cost on items before they are paid for.
99% of our orders are shipped within 48 hrs of receiving your payment (Monday – Friday).
Any special shipping instructions need to be included in Paypal’s Note area when making your payment. We get hundreds of Emails a day and it’s hard to match all Emails to Payments.
Any re-shipping charges due to no one home to accept shipment or incorrect address will be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.
USA SHIPPING (LOWER 48 STATES)
Ground shipping takes 1-7 working days depending on your location (please note delays can happen by the shipping company which is out of our control – weather, missing a connection, etc.)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Priority Mail takes 1-2 Weeks.
First Class Mail takes 3-6 Weeks and cannot be tracked or traced after leaving the USA.
In some cases it has taken up to 8 weeks to deliver. Please do not use First Class Mail if you cannot wait that long.
Sorry, we have no control on items after they leave the USA (tracking, delays due to customs or any additional tax/charges applied by your country).
