The book was written by Kichenside and Williams and published by Ian Allan in 1968. This is a 2nd Edition. The book is sized 7.6″ x 5.1″ inches and contains 104 printed pages. It is a hardback with glossy illustrated boards and presumably never had a dust wrapper. Condition is outstanding – very fine.
