Modified trailing bogie (Trailing Truck) for Triang or Hornby loco drive Britannia to close couple the Tender. Might also fit Tender drive but I’ve never tried it. The draw bar has been re drilled and shortened to close the yawning gap between loco and tender. Quite a tricky thing to alter as the drills skid off the mazak. no mods to Tender needed. It still allows loco to traverse 1st Radius 15″ Radius curves. (But not Triang Grey Track 13″ radius) Makes a tremendous difference to the appearance, See Pic.closer coupled than the latest Hornby Britannia. One modified Pony Truck is included. Loco and other standard Pony Truck shown for comparison only.
