Problem Resolution:
I’m sure that you will be happy with your purchase as the descriptions and photographs are written specifically to the condition of the item – however in the unlikely event of a problem…..

In the event of a claim for damage in transit – You take pictures of the item before opening and keep / return the packaging to me to enable a claim to be placed.
In the event of an error on my part – I will provide a full free return shipment label & refund – This is on the condition that the item is returned in the same condition it was sent to you. [I therefore reserve the right to identify sold items covertly to prevent “theft” and misuse of the returns system]
In the event of any error on your part – You will pay for the return shipping & a small deduction of 5% of the total invoice value will be deducted to cover re-stocking charges – Refund then to be applied provided item remains in a saleable condition.
