Very good paintwork, appears original, subject to some retouching
3-rail electric, with skate, converted from original clockwork. I do not have an O Gauge layout, but I have got the loco working on the bench, so the electric motor appears fine. However, please note the wheels keep sticking, so there is a mechanical issue: the loco needs a good overhaul.
It should be easy to convert to 3-rail shoes if required.
