Load Up with Re:LOADS!
Load up you OO Gauge Bachmann OCA Wagons with these BALED CRUSHED SCRAP METAL / STEEL loads made by myself to my own design and cast in resin. This particular load is made to fit an OO Gauge / Scale Bachmann OCA Open Wagon, as shown in the photographs.
ROLLING STOCK IS NOT INCLUDED. You are buying the load only.
You have a choice of: Uncoloured / Unpainted Resin (1 Pack, 2 Pack or 3 Pack), Pre-coloured Grey Resin (1,2 & 3 Packs) Custom Painted STEEL (Single Load)
Uncoloured / Unpainted loads come in the natural off-white colour of the resin. They require priming & painting.
Precoloured Grey loads can be primed if you wish, but I have found they are effective when painted without priming (clean thoroughly first), allowing some of the base colour to show through, giving depth and shade to the bales.
Custom Painted Loads are made from uncoloured resin, primed & painted.
Load size is approximately 133 mm long X 28 mm wide x 12 mm high. Each bale measures a scale 3ft x 3ft x 3ft (900mm x 900mm 900mm) (one cubic yard).
Please note: This load WILL NOT fit into an OO Gauge Bachmann OAA wagon. It WILL fit in an OO Gauge Bachmann OBA / ZDA wagon with a little edge work. You would have to trim down some of the bales slightly, which may lose the effect of the crushed metal on those surfaces, but this would be hidden by the sides of the wagon..
*Colours may vary. I do my best to describe and portray all colours accurately, however, there may be slight variations with the shade of certain colours. Lighting and computers can also effect how the colours appear.
