A Bachmann LNER V2 4844 Coldstreamer.
This model has been repainted and relined, renumbered & renamed with etched nameplates and buffer beam detailing.
Very good condition, just a hint of paint loss on the tender lining.
The drawbar connection has been shortened to reduce the gap between loco and tender, it works fine through my peco points and second radius set-track curves.
Tested and runs very well both ways at all speeds, one of the best running older split chassis V2 models I’ve seen.
From my own collection (as are all the items currently for sale), I’m only selling this because I’m going to concentrate on the BR era so I’m beginning to sell off my pre Nationalisation stock. It’s a lovely model which I won’t let go for less than the auction start price.
Comes boxed, with loco maintenance sheet.
Additionally, it will be very well packaged, as are all my items.
