Bachmann Ivatt 2P 2-6-2T Locomotive in LMS Black Livery and Weathered
Clearing out some excess rolling stock. This is a 1990s(?) Bachmann model of the Ivatt 2P 2-6-2 Tank Locomotive in LMS black livery. It has been lightly weathered to look like a well-used locomotive, with wheels and valve gear toned down well. It is in generally very good cosmetic condition with no detail parts missing that I can spot; the brake-gear, every separate handrail etc. are all present and correct. Both couplings have been removed completely including the fixings from the front and rear pony trucks. All the (non-sprung) buffers are in place and metal coupling hooks/plastic vacuum pipes have been added. Numbers are clearly legible on the sidea and smokebox door although the LMS lettering have been removed without trace. I have run the loco on a short length of track and it operates smoothly in both directions.
