Description – I try to be as accurate as possible with the description of all the items I list. However, I’m human and mistakes are possible. My opinion on condition or defects may differ from yours. Therefore please view the photographs which are integral to the description and satisfy yourself the item condition is acceptable to you. If unsure, use the contact seller link; I will answer any questions, provide additional information or photographs if required as quickly as possible.
Sales – All sales are final. By placing a successful bid in an auction style listing, making a best offer which is accepted or hitting the buy it now button you are accepting my terms and conditions and entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item, as stated in the Ebay T&Cs. Ensure you are completely happy with every aspect of the item and the service I provide BEFORE committing yourself. Any requests to cancel transactions for failing to read the description, view the photographs or read the terms and conditions will be subject to my returns policy.
Multiple purchases & combined postage – If you wish to purchase multiple items from me, add all the items you require to your basket and “request total from seller”. I am happy to combine postage fees but this will only be possible if you request a total and wait for me to send you a revised invoice first, before you make payment. Combined postage is only available subject to the dimensional and weight restrictions imposed by Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
Payment – Payment by PayPal only.
Collection – Sorry, I cannot allow collection of items as this leaves me wide open to fraud. eBay and PayPal seller protection policies do not cover collected items.
Dispatch – I will endeavour to dispatch your item same day or next day but will always dispatch items within 3 working days. I do work and this not a business. If you require your item for a specific date, please contact me before purchase to check whether I can fulfil your wish.
Postage and packing – Please note eBay now charges commission on the postage charges as well as listing fees and final value for each sale. On top of this Paypal also take a percentage of the total sale price including the postal fees charged. Please bear this in mind when assessing the fairness of the cost of postage you have paid. I try to use loco packaging boxes or recycled packaging materials where possible and i make no profit on my P&P charges to keep the cost as low as possible for my buyers. My charges cover the actual carriers fees, labels, printer ink, packing tape, my time, fuel to and from the post office and any new packaging materials required.
If you do not agree with any element my postal conditions, then please do not purchase from me.
Insurance – All items will be insured with the carrier for the purchase price paid + shipping costs to protect me as the seller and your investment in the item you purchased should in the unlikely event, anything go wrong whilst the item is in transit to you. If you choose to select a cheaper postal service you accept the risk of uninsured damage or loss whilst in the postal system.
Postal Carrier – Royal Mail or Parcel Force signed for services only.
Items not received – Royal Mail and Parcel Force state an item is not lost in transit or has not failed to be delivered until 15 working days from date of receipt into their network. If you have not received your item by the date published by eBay then contact me and I will make enquires on your behalf. Claims for non-delivery can only be made after 15 working days have elapsed. If you have not received your item please check with your local delivery office and neighbours first, as experience has shown posties do not always leave a “while you were out” card.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns accepted on any item(s) that is/are found to be faulty or significantly not as described.All requests for returns must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item. Refunds will not be given for items not received. Any item(s) returned as faulty or significantly not as described, once inspected or tested and confirmed to be so, will automatically generate a full refund. This will include original P&P charges and return postage(if applicable).
If the item(s) is/are not faulty and not significantly not as described, then the buyer must pay the postage for re-delivery and any other associated costs incurred by me in relation to the return. Should I mistakenly send you an you an incorrect item(s), you will be refunded immediately upon receipt of return tracking information for the full item price plus outbound and return postage. If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase that is not faulty and that has been correctly described; you may still request a return. In this instance return postage will not be refunded. All items returned to me must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition you received it and packaged to the same standard as you received it. I reserve the right to reduce any monies refunded for any items returned that arrive back in a condition, such as, but not limited to:
Misused Abused Used for any purpose other than for which it was designed and approved For failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings Missing, damaged or incomplete packaging Missing, incomplete or damaged parts Missing, incomplete or damaged accessories Missing, incomplete or damaged Instructions/ parts lists Not suitably protected for transit (when damage has occurred during the return journey) Or any other condition which will affect the resale value Any damage incurred in transit of item(s) being returned will be the responsibility of the sender. I will provide photographs and any other information required to assist you in making a claim against the carrier. All my items are security marked and photographed before sale and this will be checked on any returns to prevent fraudulent claims then will be reported to eBay.
