I’ve been collecting model railways for 45 years and I’m now breaking up that collection of USA, European and UK models in a range of scales/gauges – watch my seller account for some bargains and also some really special items.

This lot is an Atlas / Dapol HO/OO Gauge Track-Cleaning Car. The item is brand new and never been out of the box except for these photos and the internal packaging is still sealed but has been in storage for 5+ years.

The instruction sheet provided is branded ‘Dapol’ but the box is clearly Atlas. The instruction sheet states that the Track Cleaning Car is equipped with an 8-Pin DCC decoder socket but clearly I’ve not had chance to confirm that.

I have the equivalent N gauge car and like it as it both polishes and vacuums the track.
