I HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH ON THIS ONE AND BELIEVE IT IS WAS MADE IN 1914 BY A COMPANY CALLED HAFNER. IT IS GERMAN AT THE START OF THE FIRST WORLD WAR.THE ENGINE IS CLOCK WORK AND HAS THE ORIGINAL WINDING KEY.THE ENGINE IS QUITE HEAVY AND IS MADE OF SOLID CAST IRON. IMPORTANTLY THE TRAIN IS IN WORKING ORDER . FROM RESEARCHING I CANT FIND ANOTHER ONE THAT IS AVAILABLE FOR SALE ANY WHERE. WOULD MAKE A NICE DISPLAY ITEM.
