1953-1958 American Flyer S gauge 4-6-2 Pacific #293 engine.
I will grade this as very good but it is probably better. Does have some paint chips but nothing serious.
Work done to it:
Motor has been stripped, cleaned and lubricated.
Brushes and springs checked and replaced if needed.
Smoke unit functions but not guaranteed as to its condition for the heating element and has a new red plastic tube fitted.
Front light functions.
Chassis axles lubricated.
Reverse unit stripped, drum cleaned and fingers re-tensioned and works.
Tender wheels cleaned and axles oiled.
Tender is missing the small plastic coal pusher.
